 Our client, a stunning hotel located in Co Kildare are now recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take charge of their fine dining restaurant.
  The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 
 Experience working as a manager in a 4/5* hotel restaurant
 Experience working with AA rosettes is desirable
 Exceptionally high standards when it comes to restaurant service
 Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
 A great leader and motivator who can get the best from their staff through leading by example but also delegating what needs to be done
 Excellent communication and organizational skills
 A passion for all things 5* and fine dining
 An excellent personality and impeccable groomed
 Can legally work in Ireland full time with no restrictions
