Job Description
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality and efficiency. Lead, train and manage front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer experience. Manage budgeting, cost control and revenue optimization.
Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and footfall. Strong awareness of how social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) influence restaurant visibility and customer traffic.
Works closely with marketing teams or agencies to support promotions, influencer collaborations and campaigns. Keeps updated with current F&B trends, customer behavior and modern restaurant marketing strategies.
