Located in North Fremantle WA, Bib and Tucker is a contemporary beachfront dining venue offering quality food, beverages, and hospitality experiences in a relaxed coastal setting. The restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee its daily operations and support its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and controlling the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Leading, supervising, and training front-of-house staff, including rostering and performance management
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
