Jolly J lounge is a new Restaurant (Nigerian Cuisine) & lounge in Adjiringanor providing Food, Drinks & entertainment.

We are recruiting for 2 Restaurant and Bar managers to work alongside each other on both floors covering the restaurant and Lounge area

to produce an outstanding guest experience by managing a service team. The Restaurant and Bar Managers provides a courteous, professional and efficient service, driving sales and maximising profits.

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of ‘TEAM’ to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
