Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures.
• Plan and control manning to meet business needs.
• Develop the team through training, coaching and mentoring with constant interactions.
• Constantly identify areas for improvement in service and food and beverage quality by reviewing various service quality audit reports and formulate action plans accordingly.
• Handle customers’ requests and feedbacks.
• Liaise with Chef to ensure a consistently good standard of food quality.

• Experience in Premium Restaurant is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Food & Beverage Service, ideally in upscale dining establishments of fine‑dining restaurants or 4‑star/5‑star Chinese restaurants.
