Restaurant General Manager

GENERAL MANAGER – THE SALTY TARPON | PUNTA GORDA, FL

The Salty Tarpon is looking for a strong General Manager / Operator to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and help drive this business where it needs to go. This is not a shift manager position and not a “keep the doors open” role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to lead people, build systems, control costs, and run a restaurant with very little owner intervention.

Responsibilities include:

• Full P&L ownership
• Hiring, training, coaching, and accountability
• Scheduling and labor management
• Food cost, inventory, and purchasing control
• Bar loss/shrink control
• Guest experience and online reputation
• Managing managers and building systems
• Daily operations and execution
• Help make the restaurant more efficient and profitable

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years full-service restaurant GM experience
