Job Description

I’m recruiting an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the opening and full operation of a high-end, fine-dining restaurant in Budapest. This is a flagship project within a luxury hotel environment, but the role is restaurant-first. Strong standalone restaurant experience is far more important than a hotel background.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build teams, set service culture, and deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience at the top end of the market.
