Restaurant & Events Supervisor

We are looking for a highly professional Restaurant & Events Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at The Barnsdale, Rutland.

We are seeking an energetic, commercially minded and hands-on Restaurant & Events Supervisor to lead the guest experience across our restaurant, bar, weddings, conferences and special events. This role is responsible for the seamless delivery of food and beverage operations within the hotel, while also overseeing weddings and events hosted within both the main hotel and our dedicated event barn.

The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, guest service excellence and team leadership, with the ability to balance operational management, event coordination and revenue generation.
