Restaurant customer service supervisor (Burnaby)

Overview

We are looking to add an enthusiastic individual to our customer service team.

We are only a take out and catering place. No service or dine in available.

Responsibilities

Duties are taking orders over the phone for walk-in customers and the online apps.

Hand in the food to the customers that are picking up and coordinate the time for the orders for the kitchen.

We have catering orders as well that we process mornings and evenings and need attention.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

BC driver's licence an asset too.

Shift is from 3.to 9.30 pm everyday except Mondays.

We will consider part time for the right candidate.

Must have an enthusiastic friendly personality and fluent English.

Extended medical after 6 months of employment.

From $24.00 per hour.
