Restaurant Captain

Role Description The Restaurant Captain at Bigly is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role includes supervising service staff, coordinating table assignments, monitoring order flow, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift. The Restaurant Captain will greet guests, handle special requests, manage guest feedback, and support the team in delivering accurate, timely food and beverage service. The role also involves training team members on service protocols, collaborating with the kitchen, and helping implement Bigly’s quality and hygiene guidelines.
