POSITION: Restaurant & Banquet Servers
DEPARTMENT: Banquets
REPORTS TO: Banquet Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
Summary
Legends Global at the Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack is looking for Restaurant and Banquet Servers. This is a seasonal/temporary position for the 2026 San Diego County Fair, Del Mar Thoroughbred Club Summer Live Meet. Servers must have 2 years of service experience and have their Food Handlers certification and RBS #. Must be able to attend orientation and training shifts as directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Responsible for providing timely food and beverage service
+ Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
+ General knowledge of food and alcohol is required
