BVNK is establishing a centralised Response Management Office (RMO) to transform how RFIs, RFPs, and DDQ activity is managed across the business. This unique opportunity allows you to play a hands‑on role in shaping how it operates, scales, and delivers impact across BVNK. You won’t just execute processes; you’ll help define, refine, and elevate them to the standard of excellence required to win strategic enterprise clients.

Find broken things and fix them. That includes processes that shouldn’t exist, decisions that haven’t been revisited (but should have been), and tools that are slowing everyone down.

You will help build and scale the operating system that drives operational excellence across RFx, DDQs, and commercial processes. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus – but not required.
