Job Description

Cadrans Fluckiger SA recherche un Responsable Ebauche Cadrans pour piloter l'activité de production à Saint-Imier. Vous serez en charge de diriger une équipe de 18 personnes et de garantir l'exécution du plan de production selon les standards de qualité de Patek Philippe. 
Le candidat idéal doit avoir une formation technique ou d'ingénieur, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience managériale et de solides connaissances en Lean Manufacturing. Un bon niveau relationnel et des capacités de communication sont également requis.
