Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and industrialization of tools and manufacturing processes, ensuring ergonomics, safety, repeatability and maintainability in all tooling and equipment.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Supply Chain Engineering to ensure manufacturability and scalability, ensuring the availability and readiness of the necessary tools for production.
• Manage inventory, calibrations, repairs and consumables and maintain full lifecycle traceability of tooling and hand tools.
