Responsibilities
- Manage account plans, relationships, and customer insights
- Act as main contact (strategic & operational)
- Monitor satisfaction, usage, and risks; drive improvements
- Coordinate internally and communicate product updates
- Provide tailored support and maintain CRM data
- Lead commercial discussions and close deals
- Drive upsell/cross‑sell and manage growth pipeline
- Support customer planning and build reference clients
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solution‑oriented mindset
- University degree preferred
