Job Description
Manage payment products both operationally and functionally (cards, wallets, payment accounts, transactional flows).
Oversee relationships with payment schemes, card networks, processors, issuing/acquiring partners, and technology vendors.
Ensure the correct execution of core IMEL processes: onboarding, KYC/KYB, authorizations, clearing & settlement, and chargebacks.
Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance (Bank of Italy, PSD2/PSD3, AML).
Support the development of new payment products and features, collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams.
Define functional and operational requirements for the evolution of the monetics platform.
Contribute to the alignment of internal processes with the standards and synergies of the reference payments ecosystem.
