Respite Support Worker

Care By Us (Part of the CCH Group) is looking for full-time and part-time Respite Support Workers to join a friendly, dedicated team across Hertfordshire.

Work locations include West & Central Herts: Watford, Three Rivers, Hemel Hempstead (HP1, HP2, HP3), Tring, Potten End, Bovingdon, Kings Langley, Pepperstock, Markyate, St Albans (AL3), and Welwyn Garden City (AL7); and East Herts: Ware & Stanstead Abbotts (SG12), Cheshunt & Goffs Oak (EN7).

Shifts are flexible and Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM – perfect for fitting around a school run or personal lifestyle.

Job Description

In this vital role, you will provide temporary relief to primary caregivers, ensuring that the service user’s normal routine continues as it would with their own family.
