UPMC West Shore is looking for a Respiratory Therapist to join their team!
_We're excited to offer sign-on bonuses for qualified Respiratory Therapists who join our team:_
* _$15,000 for therapists with 0-1 year of experience with a 2-year full-time commitment_
* _$20,000 for therapists with 1+ years of experience with a 2-year full-time commitment_
_Plus, a limited-time incentive to earn an additional $10,000 upon completion of your third year of employment._
_Sign-on bonuses are also available for part-time positions and will be prorated based on commitment._
The selected candidate will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary within the Respiratory Therapist career ladder based on experience and level of education.
This position will work 3-12-hour daytime shifts per week.
Every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday are required.
