We are seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a temporary role at Westlock Healthcare Centre and Westlock Continuing Care. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide essential respiratory care across a broad patient population while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. This is a pivotal role where you will be able to practice autonomously in supporting multiple areas of care. This position offers broad scope of practice, strong clinical autonomy, and direct involvement in critical decision-making. RTs develop meaningful relationships with patients and families, gain exposure to varied cases (from emergency airway management to chronic care), and strengthen critical thinking and adaptability. Smaller team sizes foster close collaboration and a supportive, cohesive care environment.
