UWMC - Montlake Respiratory Care has an outstanding opportunity to hire **Pulmonary Function Technologist** for their **Lung Function Testing Clinic.**

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ PART-TIME
+ 30 hours per week

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
The role of the Pulmonary Function Technologist is to conduct pulmonary function tests and assist with the operation of the Lung Function Testing department. The Pulmonary Function Technologist works under the supervision of the department Manager.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Provides routine respiratory care (i.e., administration of medical gases, administration of prescribed pharmacological agents, etc.)
+ Proficient in all clinical aspects of patient care (i.e., arterial blood gas punctures, oxygen support).
+ Proficient in all technical aspects of diagnostic equipment and procedures.
