About the role

As a Resource Planner at KP Snacks, you will play a key role in keeping our Ashby site running smoothly. Working in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment, you will plan and coordinate labour across multiple production lines to ensure we meet demand safely and efficiently.

Acting as the first point of contact for labour planning, you will work closely with Line Leads, Operations Managers and the wider operations team to balance resource, manage risk and respond quickly to changing priorities. This ...
