Join the Upper Beaver Gold Project as a Resource Geology Supervisor. Spearhead the development and accuracy of geological resource models while managing critical data systems.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Geology General Supervisor to establish the resource geology function from the ground up. This includes overseeing database management and geological domain estimation processes. Your leadership will guide teams in ensuring reliable models and frameworks essential for effective mine planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish processes and tools for resource geology functions
• Guide 3D modelling and geostatistical analysis
• Conduct mineral resource estimation and audits
• Provide recommendations for drilling programs
• Coordinate reconciliation controls between Reserves and Mill
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Geology or relevant field
• 10 years of experience, with 5 in resources
