This role provides direct support for the JABA Helpline, serving as a key entry point for individuals seeking assistance and resources.
What You'll Do

+ Serve as the first point of contact for individuals, caregivers, and professionals through the JABA Helpline and other inquiry channels

+ Provide accurate, unbiased information and referrals to community and JABA resources

+ Use a person-centered approach to assess needs, preferences, and goals

+ Conduct effective intake conversations and needs assessments

+ Maintain accurate documentation and complete timely data...
