Resource Consultant (London)

Reporting to the Resource Consultant Supervisor, the candidate will provide consultative service delivery to support early learning and childcare (ELCC) programs, promoting child participation and inclusion. Duties and Responsibilities

Provide educators with training, coaching, and modeling of specific interventions and techniques through regular visits to ELCC programs. Collaborate in the development and maintenance of Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Assist in developing curriculum and classroom adaptations and modifications. Provide community education and training, including presentations to parent groups, college programs, and other professionals, as well as in-service training to ELCC programs. Maintain all documentation as required by legislation, program policies, and procedures. Carry out established practices as required under licensing and the Childcare and Early Years Act.
