Position Objective

Perform various operational tasks such as store maintenance and visual presentation as assigned by the shop supervisor/assistant store manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:
   • Greet clients and assist them in selecting the ideal item.
   • Convert window shoppers to loyal customers.
   • Promote the Club Garments Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
   • Serve clients according to the company's selling guidelines (GUEST - Greet, Understand, Explain, Offer, Say Thanks).
   • Stay updated on different brand names for effective marketing.
