Within ASML, the Research department supports thelong-termroadmap by exploring novel concepts and developing new competences relevanttosemiconductor manufacturing.

The mission of the Resist andStochasticsResearcher is to conduct researchsupportingASML's computational metrology and patterning products,withfocuson future applications in the semiconductor industry. Thisinvolvespreparation of exposure designs ofexperiments,analyzingwafer data after exposure,developingresist and process models,performingliterature studies, and creating innovative concepts and solutions.
