Job Description

Are you a seasoned Residential Surveyor seeking a role that offers generous earning potential, a host of benefits, and the flexibility of remote working? GCB Recruitment is working with a reputable and expanding residential chartered surveying business based in Cornwall.
Ideally, they are seeking an experienced individual with a minimum AssocRICS qualification, who is capable of carrying out Mortgage Valuations surveys and conducting Level 2 surveys. Working remotely on a part-time basis.
What's on Offer:
£40,000 - £62,000 Basic salary 
£64,000 - £77,000 on-target earnings 
Bonus structure, with an additional £10,000 - £15,000 per annum
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
