Job Summary

Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Home: Leawood Cottage - 3 Bedded SEMH Children's Home

Location: Endmoor, Kendal

Hours:  40.5 hours per week

Salary: £27,525 - £31,375 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Location Bonus: £1095 per annum

Earnings: £31,220 - £35,070 (based on salary + 5 sleep-ins per month + location bonus)

Shift Pattern: 2 shifts on, 4 shifts off

Shift Times: An 8am start on the first day, followed by a sleep-in, finishing the second shift at 11pm the following day.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 243 hours

Essential Criteria: Driving Licence*
