Job Overview

We are a small residential home in Whiston with a big vision and we’re looking for passionate Residential Support Workers (Day shifts). The role involves supporting young people on a rolling rota, including sleep‑ins, to help them recognise their potential and achieve their aspirations.

Job Details

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: £29,536.00-£31,000.00 per year
Salary up to £30,140 based on 3 sleeps per month, qualified with a relevant Level 3.

Qualifications

• One year of Residential Childcare experience (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Health & Safety Care (preferred)
