About the role:

We are currently seeking causal Residential Support Workers to join our team in Gladstone.

Our Support Workers will support young people by providing a sense of safety, structure, acceptance, stability and security in our Residential Care homes and in the community.

What will a typical day look like?

• Shift work
• Engage with young people to support them in all aspects of life, both in the home and wider community.
• Implement strategies identified in the care plan and participate in review of care plans to ensure young people have clear, relevant, and achievable goals.
• Support planned contact and connectedness to family as approved by child safety services.
• Support social, recreational, educational and health activities for young people in line with their individual car...
