Responsibilities
- Supporting children with disability.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of young people and building meaningful relationships with children, young people and their families.
- Providing a nurturing and stable environment for children who may have experienced instability and disruptions in their lives.
- Encouraging the development of social skills and positive relationships among the children in their care.
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as social workers and health care professionals, to provide the best possible care for young people.
- Ensuring that the residential care setting is clean, safe, and appropriate for young people's needs.
- Support children to reach their goals and develop new skills.
- Work within an Ofsted-Registered Good Children's Home with an established and experienced staff team.
