Job Description

This is an exciting time to join an experienced and growing organisation and be part of our friendly, supportive team. We are looking for Children's Residential Support Workers who are passionate about providing children with a safe, supportive and nurturing environment and being a consistent role model in their lives. 
Option 1: 51 hours per week
4 long days on week one, 3 long days on week two - Salary up to £37,658.40 (Depending on experience, qualifications and contract type) plus approx. £2,000-£6,000 sleep-in allowance pa depending on number of sleep-ins required.
Option 2: 44 hours per week
3 long days per week - Salary up to £32,489.60 (Depending on experience, qualifications and contract type) plus approx. £2,000-£6,000 sleep-in allowance pa depending on number of sleep-ins required.
