Residential Supervisor

You will be responsible for leading the College’s residential provision, managing and developing the residential team to ensure full compliance with National Care Standards and the College’s duty of care. This includes overseeing the operational running of all student accommodation and supporting students to develop independence, confidence, and the skills needed to become enriched, capable young adults.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• · Provide line management to the team to ensure individuals are supported and developed to perform an excellent service
