Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for running a caseload dealing with all aspects of conveyancing transactions from client instructions through to post completion matters.
• The caseload is varied and will encompass sales and purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold and shared ownership.
• You will deal with an established client base and have sound knowledge of the conveyancing process.
• An interest in business development and marketing an advantage.
