This role is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and functionality of the property, ensuring buildings, units, and common areas are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. Working closely with the Tenant Relations Coordinator, the Property Maintenance Manager coordinates repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and contractors while supporting move-in and move-out turnovers.
