Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.

We are actively seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager in Tucson, AZ who will be responsible for the supervision and oversight of our Direct Support Professionals and our Regional Programs. The Program Manager leads a team to provide person-centered care tailored to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support your team with day-to-day operations and challenges to achieve our programmatic goals.

Starting Pay: $45,000 per year
