Residential Maintenance Technician

Overview The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks necessary to maintain and repair residential properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents.

This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to prompt and high-quality service.

The technician will handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turnarounds, and respond to maintenance requests.

General Maintenance and Repairs Perform routine and preventative maintenance on residential units and common areas.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.

Execute repairs including, but not limited to, patching drywall, painting, minor carpentry, door and window repairs, and appliance repair/replacement.
