The HVAC Apprentice assists licensed HVAC Technicians and Installers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals seeking hands-on experience and training in residential HVAC systems. No prior experience is required—we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
Help the crew or leadman with daily tasks across various job sites.
Assist with installing HVAC ductwork, systems, and components under the supervision of a licensed technician.
Transport tools and materials to and from job sites; load, unload, and prepare work areas.
Clean, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and job sites to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork using hand and power tools.
