Residential Home Care Assistant Days

Company: Bitrecruit | Client / Employer: Occupop | Job Title: Care Assistant - Days | Location: Walkeringham, DN10 4LD | Salary: £13.31ph plus incentives | Hours: Full Time Permanent (7am-7pm, 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends)

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of care, supporting residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and assistance with washing, dressing, and eating.
• Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect.
• Promote physical and emotional wellbeing of residents.
• Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring 90% and above is achieved during all monthly audits.
• Maintain 100% current with all mandatory training throughout the year.

Requirements

• Clear motivation and/or relevant experience.
• Reside within 30 minutes of the care home.
