Residential Childcare Support Worker (Sessional/Casual) Company : Bay View Contract: Casual Location: Heysham, Morecambe Salary: £12.79 per hour We're seeking a flexible Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our Bay View team on a casual basis , covering shifts as needed. You'll work in one of our family-style homes in Heysham or rural North Lancaster , supporting up to four young people. You'll help young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment and helping maintain our Good/Outstanding Ofsted standards. You must be 21+ , hold a full UK driving licence , and have a Level 3 Diploma in Working with Children & Young People .
