We are looking for people to partner with us to achieve our goal of disrupting the cycle of homelessness for greater Boston families and are seeking a Residential Assistant to join our team.

What You Will Do:
+ Promote and model a clean, harmonious, and welcoming living environment, supporting the overall safety and well-being of the families in residence at the Hildebrand congregate shelter.
+ Ensure that each family has a safe, clean and adequately furnished room.
