JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:             RESIDENTIAL AIDE

FLSA:                      NON-EXEMPT

DIVISION:             SERVICES

REPORTS TO:        PROGRAM DIRECTOR /DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES

LOCATION:           QUEENS ,NY

SALARY:              $17.00 to $18.00 Hourly

 

SUMMARY :

The Residential Aide assist with client basic needs. Individual will work in conjunction with the social services team to monitor and provide appropriate basic services in a homeless shelter. Proof of COVIV-19 vaccinations required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Complete intakes for new clients and provide orientation to the facility and DHS rules and regulations.

+ Serve meals and snacks to clients during meal times

+ Perform regular area inspections to ensure that shelter rules are adhered too
