About the job Resident Technical Officer - M&E | 5.5 days | Tuas Job Purpose:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical and electrical works in pharmaceutical facility construction. The role requires strong understanding of M&E design drawings, regulatory compliance, and coordination with design teams to ensure installation meets specification, code, and GMP expectations.
Key Responsibilities 1. Drawing Interpretation & Design Coordination
Deep understanding of construction drawings, schematics, SLDs, and layout plans.
Proactively identify design conflicts or issues on-site and coordinate with designers for resolution.
Support RFIs and constructability reviews with the design team.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Submission Support Familiar with and apply key local codes such as:
PUB (Plumbing, condensate, chilled water drainage)
