Resident Site Engineer - Newcastle

Responsibilities:

1. Engineers representative on site.
2. Responsible for communicating with the Principal engineer on a daily basis and feeding back all details of the site.
3. Be able to read and understand all drawings/documentation issued to site. Keep a record or log of every drawing issued. Work relates to the following:
4. Bulk earthworks and selected earthworks related to trenches.
5. New concrete.
6. Brickwork to new and existing.
7. New roof.
8. Demolitions and existing works.
9. New Water (Retic and wet services).
10. New Sewer (Retic and wet services).
11. New Stormwater and manholes.
12. New Access Road.
13. New Security Walls.
14. Check the Works are in compliance with the drawings issued and ensure every dimension or level is strictly adhered to.
