Are you a graduate looking for a rewarding role at the heart of a vibrant boarding community? We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed Resident Graduate Assistant (RGA) to join one of our residential Boarding Houses and play a full part in House and School life from September 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to live and work within a supportive pastoral team, gaining invaluable experience while making a genuine difference to young people’s lives.

The Role

As a Resident Graduate Assistant, you will live on‑site in a boarding House and become an integral part of the community. You will support students’ personal, social and academic development while helping to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the House.
