Resident Engineer

Minimum Requirements

• ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Eng / B.Sc. Eng)
• ✔️ Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng)
• ✔️ 10+ years’ experience in engineering consulting or construction supervision
• ✔️ Strong command of industry codes , contractual frameworks (FIDIC, GCC, NEC, JBCC), and quality systems

Key Responsibilities

• ? Provide expert technical oversight and leadership across design and construction phases
• ?️ Sign off on engineering designs and drawings as a responsible engineer
• ? Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development and training
• ? Lead feasibility studies, master planning, and scope development
• ? Prepare and/or manage designs, reports, specifications, and tender documents
