Improve pay rate paying competitively based on experience - $30.00 - $34.00 per hour.
*Sign on Bonus Opportunity - Now Offering a $3,500.00 sign-on bonus for all full-time LPN hires . To qualify, candidates must apply and be hired on or before July 31, 2026 . The bonus is paid as follows: $1,000 after 30 days of employment; $1,000 after 90 days of employment; $1,500 after 6 months of continuous employment. Current associates are not eligible for this offer.
