This large modern residential estate in Wembley is looking for a Resident Associate to support the Resident Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the buildings and providing an optimal customer experience from move-in, all the way through to move-out. This will involve managing the resolution of all reported issues from residents and working front of house to enhance the experience of the resident. Duties will include ensuring a full knowledge of apartment and communal area systems, working closely with the Defects Resolution Team to ensure any issues are rectified in a timely manner, carrying out daily inspections of the development to ensure they are to company standard and supporting the Development Manager with required health and safety compliance, ensuring that all move in’s & move out’s are co-ordinated with the relevant company function and...
