POSITION SUMMARY

The Resident Assessment Coordinator (MDS) job entails conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the resident assessment through face to face interviews with residents and data collection in accordance with the requirements of the state and the policies and goals of the facility. To coordinate the patient care conferences and care planning conferences. This position will provide coverage to Nursing staff as needed/assigned.
