Resident Architect

Job Description: . Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognized Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context. . Work as Resident Architecture to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near misses. Report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS). . Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction. . Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing. .
